Assistant Artistic Director

Reports to: Co-Artistic Directors

The BlueJay Assistant Artistic Director will report to the current Co-Artistic Directors and will assist in all duties associated with the Artistic Direction department. They will assist with the creation of the artistic season, as well as maintaining that creative direction of the season. They will also help to guide the artistic expression of the organization holistically throughout the year. Their skills should include creative perspective, commitment to cultivating an artistic environment, the ability to collaborate, and should aspire to be an effective organizational leader.
