The Omniscient bus writer hiring
You may have never heard of this play, and that’s because it hasn’t been written yet! The Omniscient Bus is a surrealist short play festival with a wrap around plot — think the V/H/S film franchise or Creepshow.
We are searching for a team of five committed playwrights who would be willing to write 10-page pieces to tie into this play. Want a chance to have your work produced? Need motivation to finish that play you’ve been meaning to write? Don’t have experience but want to try playwriting out? This show is for you!
Playwrights will be expected to participate in Zoom meetings and draft their play over the course of the summer. The Omniscient Bus will be produced this Fall semester after a brief workshopping period. Feel free to reach out to emery_frost@emerson.edu with any questions, and thank you again for taking the time to fill out this form!
